• On the private grounds of the complex, there is a children's playground, a relaxation area with a fountain and a barbecue area. The area around the complex is well-maintained and has a beautiful landscape with lots of flowers.
• Bourgas Airport is only 30 km away.
• Important information: Hen and stag parties and other noisy activities are prohibited at this property. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden.
